The Forestry Consulting process presented by the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute (KOFPI) consists of ① receiving a concern from the customer → ② consulting → ③ site consulting → ④ follow-up management. All of these consulting processes are computerized and maintained and you may share forest information you have searched with consultants for consulting.
Also, based on consulting you have received, you may continuously receive services according to the follow-up schedule for each subject (calendar). Receive a service that lets you know about time to cultivate forest products in advance to prevent you from missing a chance.
About Key Functions (User)
The Forestry Consulting Service (User) provides consulting receipt and result inquiry functions through the Internet in addition to consulting through existing offline methods and phone consulting to ensure that the user can receive professional customized consulting from the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute (KOFPI) more easily.
① After login, a user selects or enters contents for which he/she wants to receive consulting service and requests consulting.
② After the consultant enters results of consulting, the user can check the results any time (Results can be printed out in report format)
About Key Functions (Consultants)
The Forestry Consulting Management Service provides news and statistics information on consulting history visually to manage history of consulting results responding to the customer's request and to provide active consulting services.
① The user can check details and implementation results of each step receipt, consulting, site consulting and follow-up management.
② Statistics information is generated based on consulting history such as consulting area and customer type and it is visually presented to help the user's understanding.
